The friction between these molecules produces heat and thermal injury at a focal point within the skin tissue generated at the target point.
By using three different cartridge depths (1.5mm, 3mm and 4.5mm) this focused application ensures the system can penetrate to specific depths unlike other skin tightening technologies.
The 1.5mm and the 3mm cartridge deliver this focused ultrasound to the dermal tissue, causing immediate trauma to the treatment zone, which then promotes healing, immediate contraction and collagen stimulation through fibroblast activity.
The 4.5mm cartridge will target the SMAS layer (Superficial muscular aponeurotic system) this is where the muscles of the face and soft tissues attach. It is a layer of tissues that attaches and surrounds the deeper tissues and structures of the face and neck, including the entire cheek area and Platysma.
As the ageing process progresses, the SMAS layer becomes looser and looses its ability to be the skin’s ‘safety net’
The SMAS is the section of the skin treated with HIFU to give a long lasting tightening effect as a result of treatment.
The repair of the triple layers treated (SMAS, Deep dermis, Superficial Dermis) can take 90-180 days and will give a longer lasting and more durable result from the HIFU treatment.

Rx Vitamin A Stop using 3 days before HIFU treatment. Ensure redness has gone before continuing with the product.
Roaccutane 6 months after the course of medication is complete
Post Treatment
Avoid hot baths, heavy exercise, massage etc…. For 5-7 days after the treatment
Avoid sun beds and no sunbathing during the healing process of the skin (up to 2 weeks)
Apply SPF 30 daily.
A review of the clients progress is recommended after 12 weeks.
